Ancillary Hospitality Services are available to tenants of Evergreen and Hawthorn Cottages at Grand Traverse Pavilions for additional fees. Services are provided by Grand Traverse Pavilions or a contracted provider.

Barber/Beauty Salon
On-site salon features professional hair cuts, styles, shampoo & set, permanents, hair color and manicures.

Health and Fitness Programs
Tenants may access health and fitness programs in our state-of-the-art Aquatic/Wellness Center. Participants are assessed by a Grand Traverse Pavilions licensed therapist who develops an individualized program to address personal needs.

Housekeeping Plus
Daily services consists of general housekeeping, linen and towel service, trash removal and bed making. (Weekly housekeeping provided).

Personal Transportation
onvenient door-to-door transportation to medical and social appointments on the Grand Traverse Pavilions bus (handicapped accessible) or van.

Physical, Occupational, Recreational, Aquatic Therapy
Professional evaluations and treatments available from Grand Traverse Pavilions licensed therapy staff. Services are on-site in the Aquatic/Wellness Center and Medicare-certified for qualified participants.

Private Duty Health Services
Individualized health care services provided by Grand Traverse Pavilions staff, including universal workers, certified nurse assistants, therapy aides, licensed practical nurses, registered nurses and social workers.

Speech-Language Pathology and Restorative Nursing
Same as above.

Whirlpool Spa

Spa service includes a staff-assisted session in our easy-access bather tub with massaging water jets.
