Endowment Funds
Senior Housing Fund
This fund provides income-eligible tenants of The Cottages with financial assistance for housing. Monthly rentals are contractual and based on the needs of the tenant.

Canine Fund
Recognized as Marianne's Dog Fund, this fund was established to assist with the care of the canines in residence on campus. The fund is a memorial to Marianne Ravenscroft.

Employee Education Fund
Charitable donations to this fund assist with the continued education and professional development of employees. Scholarships are based on need and the performance of the applicant in the classroom.

Special Funds
Eden Fund

Charitable donations to this fund support the Eden Alternative program at The Pavilions. The program introduces plants and pets into the residential environment.

Activities Fund
The fund provides a variety of opportunities for constituents to engage in social and recreational interaction with peers and the community. Field trips, arts and crafts, and gardening are among interests explored.

Resident Newspaper Fund
Donations to this fund provide daily local newspapers to constituents.

Arborteum Fund
This fund has been established to restore the eight-acre arboretum area adjoining the historic Cottages and the main building. It will also provide the arboretum with benches, handicapped-accessible picnic tables, arbors, gardens, water features, and an area for children.

Fountain Fund
Gifts to this fund will provide for an intergenerational sculpture and fountain. The handcrafted original art work will adorn The Pavilions Circle in front of the main building.

Benevolent Fund
Each year, Grand Traverse Pavilions and The Foundation provide more than $1 million in benevolent care to constituents. Gifts to this fund will assist with the care and personal needs of residents and tenants.

Other Funds/Services
Child Care Services

This fund provides support for the educational and social stimuli of the infants, toddlers, and pre-school enrollees.

Adult Day Services
Support from this fund provides income-eligible participants with a sliding-scale participation fee. Bus transportation to and from home is also made available.

Alzheimer's Special Needs Units
Charitable gifts to this fund assist with the social, sensory, and recreational stimuli of residents. Physical enhancements to interior and exterior amenities are also provided.

Aquatic/Wellness Center
This fund provides for any dry land and/or aquatic enviroment equipment needs. Financial assistance for income-eligible participants is also provided.

Maple Pavilions-Assisted Living
Donations to this fund enhance the environment of this neighborhood. Financial assistance may also be available to income eligible tenants.
