How can I get involved?
Give generously and frequently. Gifts to the Grand Traverse Pavilions Foundation may memorialize a loved one, serve as a tribute to a resident, family member friend, staff member, or recognize a special occasion, such as an anniversary, birthday, or holiday.
Why should I support The Pavilions?
The Pavilions has not received operational support from Grand Traverse County for nearly two decades. We are operationally self-sufficient. All operational dollars come from reimbursement, private pay or donations from individuals, businesses and corporations, clubs and organizations and foundations.
Who will my gift benefit?
Residents of Grand Traverse Medical Care; participants in the Intergenerational Community Center; tenants of The Cottages: Adult Residential Community; and participants and their care givers enrolled in Adult Day and Overnight Respite Services will benefit from charitable giving. Employees will also have the opportunity to apply for scholarships to continue their education.
How can I give?
Gifts may be in cash, check, or by credit
card, however, a variety of planned giving opportunities
are available. Donationss may also be gifted
on-line. Go to "Give On-Line Now."
Donations of any amount are appreciated.
Who can assist me with my gift?
The Grand Traverse Pavilions Foundation provides giving assistance. Representatives of The Foundation are available to help review your resources and help you select an appropriate method of giving. Plans that can help you create current and deferred income are also available.
Is my gift tax deductible?
Yes. The Grand Traverse Pavilions Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) organization. Your gift is tax deductible to the fullest degree allowable by law.

Your generous gift to the Grand Traverse Pavilions Foundation will change and enrich the lives of generations and support the special needs of The Pavilions’ residents and program participants well into the 21st century.
Founding donors of $50,000 or more will be recognized on the Clara McManus and friends Donor Recognition Wall in the Grand Traverse Pavilions lobby.
Contributors of $250 to $49,999 will be acknowledged on the Stewardship Society Donor Recognition Wall in the Grand Traverse Pavilions lobby.
All gifts to the Grand Traverse Pavilions Foundation qualify for the maximum federal tax deduction.
